Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

This is a part-time opportunity to work as an HR Generalist, providing administrative support and coordination for various aspects of human resources.

You will be responsible for recruitment and retention, serving as the primary point of contact for all employees, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in HR administration. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All HR administration, including recruitment, retention, and employee relations
  • Point-of-contact for all employees, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Training and development coordination, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Arrangements:

  • PART-TIME, THREE DAYS A WEEK
  • WORKING REMOTE ONE DAY PER WEEK AFTER A 'SETTLING IN' PERIOD
