Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize impactful Power BI dashboards that decision-makers rely on daily.
- Combine data from multiple sources into clean, usable datasets.
- Maintain reports fresh by implementing automated pipelines and smart refresh scheduling.
- Secure sensitive data with robust Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Be the go-to problem solver for complex Power BI issues.
- Ensure everything is aligned with governance standards, clean, consistent, and well-documented.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting usability and value.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial hands-on Power BI development and support experience.
- Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with a wide range of systems and platforms.
- Strong understanding of finance, payroll, and HR data structures.
- Proven track record of implementing RLS effectively.
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
