Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking individuals to fill the role of Support Workers and Assistant Support Workers. Our goal is to enable people to reach their full potential, live a meaningful life through our provided services.

  • Deliver care and support to individuals, assisting them with daily living tasks, education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.

A Full Driver's Licence is required, or you must be in the process of obtaining one. Relevant life experience is beneficial but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals in creating and implementing daily plans, participating in community activities, and developing living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and individuals using our services.
Requirements:
  • Assistant Support Worker: No specific qualification required, all necessary training will be provided.
  • Social Care Worker: A degree at Level 7/8 in Social Care/Healthcare or a related field is preferred.
