Key Role: Parts Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team in Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock, processing orders, and delivering products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining stock levels, including processing parts deliveries, orders, and returns.
  • Providing excellent customer service to aftersales customers via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Delivering products to trade customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating daily parts deliveries and promoting accessories sales.
  • Promoting and securing orders from existing and prospective customers.
  • Performing general warehouse duties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Results-driven attitude.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
  • Keen interest in the motor industry.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Driver's license is required.
  • Flexibility is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Building strong interdepartmental relationships and paying close attention to other department requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Experience of using Kerridge is desirable but not essential.
  • A technical background would be advantageous.
