Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic New Business Advisor to join our sales team in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on driving car and home insurance sales, building rapport with customers, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a target-driven sales team to generate new business in car and home insurance.
- Identify cross-selling prospects and arrange follow-up calls for future sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently deliver a high standard of client service.
Previous experience in the insurance industry or as a broker is desirable. An APA Personal General Insurance or CIP qualification is preferred but not essential. Excellent phone manner and communication skills are also required.
A good understanding of IT systems and CRM software is necessary, as well as experience working in a sales and target-driven environment. A positive, professional, and self-motivated approach is essential.
