Job Description

Main purpose of the role is to shop and fulfill orders on behalf of customers using a retail service.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Accurate with products
  • Organized and flexible
  • Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Actively live brand-values such as Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative

Pack products in the correct temperature zone and in such a way they arrive at the customer's home in perfect condition

Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable

Work on own initiative with very little supervision

Keep up to date with team communication

Deal with routine customer queries
