We are seeking an experienced Utilities Project Coordinator to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely implementation of utility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects between internal teams and vendors
  • Manage all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including creation of User Requirement Specifications, Functional Design Specifications, and Test Protocols
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the site to ensure timely project delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules and document trackers
  • Liaise with stakeholders on overall project progress and ensure clear communication between parties
  • Ensure Automation compliance with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines

Requirements:

">
  • Degree qualification in a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in utility management/control systems
  • 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry with responsibility for SDLC aspects of project implementation and change control
  • Project Management certification is desirable
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
