Account Growth Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to foster and maintain a portfolio of 100+ key accounts, including electrical wholesalers/resellers and end users in the construction and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and goals
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and generate monthly reports to track sales performance and activity
  • Utilize a CRM system to efficiently monitor progress and optimize sales strategies

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and background knowledge of selling industrial products or working with similar customer segments.
