Job Title: Client Service Executive

The primary objective of this role is to execute the broking function for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional client service and supporting business objectives.

In our Corporate Risk and Broking Retail line of business, we provide customized insurance solutions for clients. Our clients rely on us to develop strategies to assess, mitigate, and transfer risk, leveraging our specialist industry expertise and market knowledge.

  • Execute the broking role for their portfolio of clients, handling renewals and mid-term alterations, and addressing queries efficiently.
  • Achieve best-in-class client service in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring timely completion of all client tasks.
  • Develop an appreciation of each client's business and culture.
  • Support and identify opportunities to enhance growth of existing client accounts.
  • Foster beneficial insurer relationships.
  • Maintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements, including compliance.
  • Participate in project work.
  • Provide technical assistance to colleagues and aid in resolving client issues.
  • Build relationships and offer support to various teams across the Regions business.
Requirements:
  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified.
  • Previous experience working for an insurer or broker.
  • Client advocacy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take early responsibility.
  • Passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and flexible individual.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Highly accurate with attention to detail in completing tasks.
