Achieve renewal and new business targets, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional product lines. Ensure full compliance with Central Bank regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely outcomes for clients. Skills & Qualities Required: Minimum or 1 years experience in Personal Lines insurance (home, motor, or high net worth preferred but not essential). Strong knowledge of the Irish Personal Lines market. Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach. APA Personal, CIP, or Grandfathered qualifications and fully CPD compliant.
