Portfolio Manager Opportunity

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of Apple's Corporate portfolio in Ireland, ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving efficiency.
Candidates will lead a team of professionals to deliver, manage and maintain real estate properties. They should possess excellent leadership, communication, and supervisory skills, including experience working across organisational levels.
- Lead a team of engineering and facilities professionals to deliver, manage and maintain Apple's Corporate portfolio.
- Represent the global Places team in Ireland and invest in developing this team.
- Oversee various programs to foster consistency across teams.
Candidates will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they are future-proofed to meet business needs. They will partner with business units in Cork and Dublin and support site leadership on people initiatives.
