About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Service Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial team in the Munster region. This role involves managing a large and diverse portfolio of existing clients, ensuring regular contact and high levels of engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the Munster region.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the voice of the customer within the business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets, including client retention, satisfaction scores, revenue, and portfolio performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or client services.
  • A customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
