Client Relationship Manager Munster Region

We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic commercial team in the Munster region.

About the Role:

This pivotal role involves managing and nurturing a large portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while consistently meeting or exceeding defined KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large and diverse portfolio of existing clients across the Munster region, ensuring regular contact and high levels of engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the voice of the customer within the business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
  • Meet and exceed individual and regional KPI targets, including client retention, satisfaction scores, revenue, and portfolio performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably managing a large portfolio.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a track record of delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the Munster region.
