Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee business operations across the Munster region.

This role will suit a leader who can inspire teams, manage client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop operational teams across the Munster region to achieve excellence in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Drive operational performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and service standards.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure all sites operate in line with group policies, including health & safety, sustainability, and food safety standards.
  • Deliver financial performance targets and manage resources effectively.
  • Support new business mobilisations and retention of existing contracts.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a multisite management role, ideally within catering, hospitality, or facilities management.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.

Commercially astute with a track record of delivering financial and operational targets.

Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
