We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in Ireland, overseeing the delivery and management of our corporate portfolio.
- As Senior Real Estate Manager, you will represent our global team in Ireland, investing in people development and fostering consistency across teams.
- You will oversee various programs to ensure compliance with local regulations, driving efficiencies and future-proofing our real estate portfolio.
- In partnership with Business Units in Cork and Dublin, you will actively support Ireland Site Leadership on Places and People initiatives.
- Excellent leadership skills in a construction and real estate management environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in maintaining and optimizing owned real estate portfolios, including buildings, systems, and quality improvement projects.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in construction and real estate management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Experience in ensuring adherence to local regulations, driving efficiency, and maintaining regulatory standards.
- Portfolio Optimization: Expertise in analyzing and improving real estate portfolios to maximize value and minimize risk.
