We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Real Estate and Development Manager in Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineering and facilities professionals to deliver, manage, and maintain Apple's Corporate portfolio in Ireland.

  • Lead an experienced team to deliver high-quality workplaces and real estate portfolio management.
  • Represent the Places global team in Ireland and develop this team to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee programs to foster consistency across teams in Places.
  • Actively lead the portfolio to ensure compliance with local regulations and drive efficiencies.
  • Partner across all business units in Cork and Dublin and support Ireland site leadership initiatives.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget to meet Apple's high standards.
  • Maintain exceptional service to partners by consistently operating and maintaining our workplaces in Ireland.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of real estate portfolio upkeep, building systems, machinery, landscape, and quality improvement projects is required.

  • Excellent people leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
  • Capability to diagnose, manage, and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Capital and operating expense planning skills; strong resource management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, critique, and oversee preventative and scheduled maintenance programs.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with facility operations companies, utility companies, government agencies, architectural firms, and general contracting firms.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Building Construction Management equivalent.
