**Job Title:** Places Regional Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of engineering and facilities professionals in delivering, managing, and maintaining Apple's corporate portfolio in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated focus on leading outstanding workplaces and delivering high-quality results at best value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineering and facilities professionals to deliver, manage, and maintain Apple's EMEA corporate portfolio in Ireland.
  • Represent the Places Global team in Ireland and invest in people development.
  • Oversee various programs to foster consistency across teams in Places.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, drive efficiencies, and future-proof the real estate portfolio to enable Apple's business.
  • Partner across all Business Units in Cork and Dublin and support Ireland Site Leadership on Places and People initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent people leadership in a construction and real estate management environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with the upkeep and function of owned real estate portfolio, buildings, building systems, machinery, landscape, and quality improvement projects.
  • Capability to diagnose, manage, and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Capital and operating expense planning skills; strong resource management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, critique, and oversee preventative and scheduled maintenance programs.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with facility operation, maintenance & services companies, utility companies, government agencies, architectural & design firms, and general contracting firms.
