Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled CSA Construction Lead to oversee the construction phase of our projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the construction phase is adequately provided with suitably capable, qualified and experienced personnel, in conjunction with all the necessary plant, tools, temporary facilities and other resources.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop site execution SOPs as guidance to Field Supervisors.
- Comply with company construction methods, procedures and practices in all respects, particularly those relating to safety, quality assurance, personnel and industrial relations.
- Manage subcontract including safety, schedule, cost and quality.
- Evaluate applicable statutory and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Direct and control the activities of assigned staff and their functions.
- Carry out assessments and appraisals of staff and report results in accordance with company practice.
- Determine need for supervisor training for proper project execution.
- Ensure lessons learned on projects are recorded and shared.
- Supervise and manage Site CSA Staff including construction superintendents, trade supervisors and sub-contractors.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- SIGNIFICANT years' experience in a similar role.
- Biotech/Pharma knowledge.
- Excellent multi-disciplinary knowledge.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
