Senior Construction Project Manager

The role requires experience of operating in live operational environments, ensuring safety, security, and minimal disruption to operations. You will oversee the delivery of construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, tracking costs, and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Coordinate project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project integrity.
- Construction Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with relevant aviation and infrastructure projects.
- Operational Environment Knowledge: Understanding of operating in live operational environments, with experience of managing multiple infrastructure projects.
- Documentation and Reporting: Proven ability to document best practice construction project management policies and standards.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience of engaging stakeholders and influencing process improvements.
