As a Personal Lines Insurance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients regarding their policy renewals and handle queries related to existing policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quotations for motor, home, farm, commercial, and travel insurance
  • Advise on mid-term alterations
  • Process claims queries
  • Ensure timely premium collection
  • Achieve renewal and new business targets

Develop a strong working relationship with our portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely outcomes for clients

You will work closely with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Personal Lines insurance (home, motor, or high net worth preferred but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish Personal Lines market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • APA Personal, CIP, or Grandfathered qualifications and fully CPD compliant
  • Proficiency in Relay/Applied Systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines
