Job Title: Client Service ExecutiveAbout the Position

The primary objective of this role is to perform brokerage services for a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional client service.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Performing brokerage duties for their assigned clients, dealing with renewals, and mid-term alterations and queries.
  • Achieving best-in-class client service in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring that all client deadlines are met.
  • Gaining an appreciation of each client's business and culture.
  • Supporting and identifying opportunities to enhance the growth of existing client accounts.
  • Fostering beneficial relationships with insurers.
  • Following established procedures for renewals and new business.
  • Maintaining company and regulatory standards/requirements, including compliance.
  • Participating in project work.
  • Providing technical support to colleagues and assisting in resolving client issues.
  • Building relationships and providing support to various teams within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification.
  • Previous experience working for an insurer or broker.
  • Client advocacy skills.
  • A desire to take on early responsibility.
  • A passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and flexible attitude.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
