Insurance Executive

We are on the hunt for a seasoned executive to spearhead the growth and development of our Personal Lines division.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and cultivate a high-performing Personal Lines team, ensuring top-notch performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of the Personal Lines portfolio, encompassing motor, home, travel, and other consumer products.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to boost revenue and market share.
- Foster strong relationships with insurers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements that benefit clients and the business.
- E nsure adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold the highest professional standards.
- Promote continuous improvement in processes, technology adoption, and client engagement.
- Present performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior management.
- Demonstrated track record in Personal Lines within an insurance brokerage or insurer.
- CIP or APA Qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function CF1 or CF7 role.
- 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
- Commercially focused with the ability to deliver results.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
