Transaction Monitoring Role

The objective of this position is to lead the development and implementation of transaction monitoring strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.

  • Design, review, and test transaction monitoring rules to ensure their effectiveness in identifying suspicious transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to implement investigations related to transaction monitoring.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on financial crime controls to ensure their robustness and compliance.

This role requires an analytical approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively train and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing transaction monitoring processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage multiple queues of transaction alerts and escalate complex issues to the Regulatory Compliance team.
  • Develop tracking processes and forecast resource requirements for efficient process management.

Experience in financial crime compliance and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements are essential for success in this role.
