Job Overview

As a key member of the Compliance Operations team, you will lead the design and execution of transaction monitoring processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, review, and test transaction monitoring rules.
  • Lead investigations related to transaction monitoring.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams.
  • Support the development of financial crime tools.
  • Develop procedures, processes, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure investigations are conducted in line with policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate process effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage multiple queues of transaction monitoring alerts.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex alerts.
  • Monitor emerging trends and maintain tracking processes.
