Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Hardware Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the testing and troubleshooting of IT equipment, performing repairs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, tablets, and related hardware to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Performing repairs and maintenance to ensure all equipment meets our quality standards
  • Assisting with order picking, packing, and shipping as required
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues and continuously improve processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and tablets
  • Experience with hardware repairs (preferred)
  • Basic soldering skills (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and team player mindset
  • Technical certifications or relevant experience in IT hardware maintenance (a plus)
