Marketing Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Leader to drive the development and execution of our global marketing strategies. This role will play a critical part in shaping our marketing approach, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading a team of analysts and managers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related analytical field. They will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for working with data, and advance proficiency in SQL. Experience in the online travel or e-commerce industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with our business goals
  • Collaborate with Product and Market Development teams to implement key initiatives and drive improvements across all channels
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local market intelligence to inform business decisions
  • Design and launch initiatives and campaigns that balance short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data to drive business decisions
  • Advance proficiency in SQL
  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related analytical field; experience in the online travel or e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
  • People management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a get-things-done attitude
