Global Branding Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing our brand awareness, developing our employer brand, managing international campus relations, and supporting media and public relations efforts.

  • Develop and execute innovative branding initiatives to enhance our global presence.
  • Create engaging content and narratives to captivate our target audience.
  • Nurture relationships with international stakeholders, including universities, business schools, and student organizations.
  • Support HR and recruitment teams in employer brand campaigns and global PR initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure alignment with our identity and values.
  • Analyze brand performance and provide insights to inform future branding strategies.
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience in branding, communications, PR, or employer branding, preferably in an international and B2B context.
  2. Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  3. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is desirable.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and visual identity.
  5. Experience working in global teams and managing international campaigns.
  6. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  7. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for crafting memorable brand experiences.
