Leading a Hotel in Cork City to Greatness

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to lead our 4* Hotel in Cork City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all Food and Beverage outlets and substantial Conference/Events/Wedding business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Hotel Group and develop your career in a property with a great reputation, service, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel, F&B, Rooms, M&E etc
  • Lead and guide the team, continually tweaking procedures and improving service levels
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
  • Provide mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations to the highest standards. You should also have experience in managing Conferences, Private functions, and special Events. Additionally, you must display effective leadership and proven team management and development abilities. A reliable, committed, motivated, and professional person is required with at least 3+ years Operations Management/Deputy General Manager experience in prominent 4* Corporate style Hotels in Ireland preferred.
