Process Leadership Opportunity

The Process Scientist Team Lead role is responsible for leading and developing a team of technical specialists in process development, manufacturing operations, and quality control.

  • Key responsibilities include leading root cause investigations, CAPAs, and process improvements.
  • The successful candidate will oversee technology transfer, process validation, and manufacturing operations.
  • Author, review, and execute validation studies and reports.
  • Prioritize workload for self and team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities Overview
  • Technical expertise and leadership for process deviations and improvements.
  • Execution of the technical agenda at the site, including technology transfer and process validation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as biochemistry or chemistry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
