Scientific Team Lead

As a Scientific Team Lead in a customer-facing role, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals in providing scientific support and operational management to major pharmaceutical customers across Ireland. Your key objective will be to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workload of the laboratory team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintenance of high standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical expertise and performance.
- Monitor and report key metrics, including service levels and quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Background: Degree in Chemistry or Biology related subject.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driving license.
