Job Overview:

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that align with our business objectives. This will involve cultivating relationships with key distribution partners and stakeholders, as well as collaborating closely with teams across marketing, finance, product development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and vision for the sales team
  • Develop and implement effective commercial plans to drive financial targets and long-term business success
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key distribution partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Lead initiatives to expand revenue streams through innovation and business development
  • Define and implement a focused portfolio strategy aligned with our vision for growth in European markets

Requirements:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within the FMCG or food & beverage industry
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver strong financial and market share growth
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing at executive leadership level
  • Strong background in business development, market expansion, and innovation pipeline management
  • Track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships and distributor relationships across diverse markets
