
European Sales Strategist

Key Expertise:
">- Design and implement the European sales strategy in collaboration with Business Development for optimal growth.
- Support the global Business Development Sales Strategy, focusing on Europe, to drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with operations teams to execute strategy, including developing service offerings and growing Private Market business in EU region.
- Build a specialized team to support business growth, specifically for Waterfall and other related areas.
- Develop strong knowledge of the business and experience within specialized areas, such as Private Markets, Real Assets, Hedge Funds, IR, Treasury, and Middle Office.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify key areas for transformation and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
- Design and lead toolkit development programs, engaging stakeholders to communicate benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
- Assist with business requirements sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your area of specialization.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying up to date on industry changes and technology advancements.
- Engage directly with Business Development to participate in client pitches, demonstrating expertise and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading business transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in the industry.
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Ability to be creative, innovative, and persuasive.
- Professional Certificate, Bachelor, or Master level degree.
- Client-facing experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
