We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our team in {location} Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate mechanical cost estimates and working on tenders for various projects.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires experience of 4+ years in mechanical estimating or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Process, Building Services Engineering or a related field, and strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.

  • Able to interpret drawings and specifications, perform accurate take-offs, and prepare detailed BOQs
  • Strong understanding of mechanical & process pipework systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical building services systems
  • Good knowledge of different mechanical & process pipework materials

The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Estimator and Estimating Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks. This role involves attending meetings and site visits as required, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, negotiable based on level of experience and qualifications. A salary range of €45K-€80K applies. Some travel may be required to Limerick & Cork.
