Specialising in high-value, mission-critical projects across pharma, data centres, and life sciences, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most exciting developments in the industry. ?? Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for electrical packages on large-scale projects. Manage the tendering process from initial review to final submission. Conduct detailed take-offs and analysis of drawings and specifications. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective pricing. Participate in pre- and post-tender reviews and project handovers. Work independently and as part of a high-performing team. ?? What Were Looking For Electrical trade background or degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar. Minimum 3 years experience in electrical estimating within the construction sector. Strong analytical and communication skills. High level of computer literacy and attention to detail. Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality results. ??
