Senior BIM Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using BIM software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to support project goals and objectives.
- Lead weekly model coordination meetings to ensure coordinated, efficient, and high-quality BIM delivery throughout project lifecycles.
- Detect and report model clashes using BIM coordination tools, ensuring accuracy and compatibility of incoming and shared models.
- Generate visual content such as renders and technical drawings for reporting purposes, highlighting key project details.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems within the BIM environment, maintaining compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Deliver as-built documentation and asset information models, supporting live and tender projects with BIM input.

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in BIM coordination with Revit and Navisworks, with a strong background in mechanical or electrical services coordination.
- Proficient in BIM software tools and Microsoft Office applications, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of resolving coordination issues efficiently, working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of producing COBie and Asset Information Models, with experience producing AutoCAD schematics and 3D visual content.
- Familiarity with working from point cloud data is advantageous, along with a background in mechanical/electrical trades.
