Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team in a supervising role based in Blarney. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (MPharm)
Registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
