Early Years Care Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality early years care and education.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and Distribute Invoices: Ensure timely preparation and distribution of Parent's invoices.
- Manage Fee Collections: Utilize Eazyeft Software to efficiently manage fee collections.
- Support Front Office Operations: Maintain records, handle communications, and provide administrative support to the front office.
- Collaborate with Management: Assist the Manager with funding applications, compliance reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Proven Administrative Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.
- Multitasking and Priority Management: Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
- Familiarity with Childcare Regulations: Familiarity with childcare regulations and funding schemes.
- Pobal and HIVE Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of Pobal and HIVE platform.
- Childcare Qualifications: Fetac Level 5 or above in Childcare.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
