Early Years Care Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Care Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality, full-time early years care and education.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your room and team to support children's holistic development.
- Evaluate and improve curriculum planning and learning experiences to align with national standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, enhancing their ability to support children's development and wellbeing.
- Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within your room and across the centre.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar early years leadership role.
- Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education.
- Relevant qualifications and references.
- Garda Vetting (managed by us).
- International police clearance if applicable.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with children.
