Senior Cloud Consultant

The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of cloud technologies and architectures, coupled with a successful track record in implementing cloud solutions across diverse environments.

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based systems and services for clients, ensuring they align with business objectives and adhere to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, across various cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, M365, VMware)
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints, providing strategic cloud adoption and migration advice
  • Develop and document cloud architecture frameworks and best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
  • Conduct cloud readiness assessments and design tailored cloud migration strategies
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and other team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Assist pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., VMware VCP/VCAP/VCDX, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are advantageous
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
