Director of Financial Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled finance leader to join our team as an Assistant Director of Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the finance function, overseeing budget management, and leading a finance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure robust financial control, reporting, and budgeting.
- Oversight of all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Leading the finance team to achieve business objectives, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
- A professional accountancy qualification and current membership of a recognised accounting body.
- A minimum of 5 years post-professional qualification experience in financial management, including responsibility for producing management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Proven experience in managing an annual budgeting cycle, including preparing estimates, revisions, and monitoring performance against budget.
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
