Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused team member to join our operations. As a key part of our front-line team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating lasting relationships with our customers.

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, demonstrating expert knowledge of coffee products.
  • Support day-to-day operations, adhering to policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new tasks and learning opportunities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be proficient in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
