Customer Service Representative
Reporting To:
Customer Service Team Manager
Responsibilities:
Complete all tasks efficiently and to a high standard to ensure the Customer Service Function runs smoothly.
Key Attributes:
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals.
Be self-motivated.
Excellent organisational, planning, and administrative skills.
Excellent PC skills.
Key Tasks and Duties:
Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
Handle inbound calls and emails into the Customer Service Department and respond professionally.
Manage all order fulfillment processes for all markets served by the department.
Perform final checks when creating customer orders and invoices.
Manage Proof of Deliveries and handle customer returns and complaints.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards.
Complete training on all departmental functions and support other departments as needed.
Maintain up-to-date training records.
Participate in 1:1 development and team meetings.
Produce daily and end-of-month reports as required.
Question anomalies and use initiative to improve processes.
Train on applicable company software.
Maintain efficient office administration procedures.
Undertake additional tasks as requested by management.
Flexible working hours are required to meet company needs.
