Operations Finance Manager

As an Operations Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in support of both short- and long-term operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in support of both short- and long-term operational goals.
  2. Act as key finance partner for line expansion projects and new product introductions at the site.
  3. Manage financial aspects of business plans, including financial modeling and capital expenditure proposals.
  4. Drive continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes, aiming for best-in-class practices.
  5. Enhance and maintain robust financial forecasting processes for improved accuracy and insight.

The ideal candidate will have an effective combination of qualifications, skills, and experiences, including a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 7+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in financial operations processes, systems, and controls.
