Leverage your expertise as an Industrial Production Lead to drive innovation and excellence in our manufacturing processes at Lead Group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) to guarantee quality and efficiency in medical device manufacturing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize product transfers and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
  • Utilize project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that deliver substantial benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field of Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in NPI, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering within the Medical Device sector.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and achieving project milestones.
  • Proficiency in product transfers and process optimization, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
