Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the deployment of Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions globally. As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the rollout of S4 HANA solutions across regions and markets.


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our global Business Transformation initiative. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and implement the delivery & rollout roadmap, ensuring all technology integrations and S4 solutions land optimally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive deployment strategies, methodologies, and detailed plans to ensure successful outcomes
  • Supervise deployment activities, including scoping and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee accurate results
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, using impactful communication strategies to influence and align leadership
  • Maintain alignment among stakeholder groups within the program and the wider business
  • Embed change across Supply Chain and Procurement regions, categories, and functions by building strong local ownership and engagement
  • Develop a training strategy, supervise training deployment, ensuring global content is adapted locally where needed
  • Lead a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, encouraging accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration
