Job Description:

To excel as a Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations with external manufacturing partners. This includes ensuring strong customer service levels through proactive management of supply priorities and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize supply chain processes to meet production demands in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and shipment scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for supply inquiries, exception resolution, and issue escalation.
  • Analyze open orders, identifying exceptions and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain visibility into inventory levels, tracking shortages and allocations.
  • Contribute to performance metric development and long-range forecasting initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning, preferably in a global setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with external manufacturing organizations or contract manufacturers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
