Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Laboratory & Healthcare equipment and be able to provide comprehensive on-site service, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating equipment.

They will also ensure all equipment is safe for customer use, deliver high-quality service, and maintain accurate records.

Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in site inductions, adhere to site rules, and maintain an up-to-date stock of spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle.

They will identify revenue opportunities on-site and inform management of new site developments, work proactively with the Service Operations Manager, and support departmental improvements.

The role requires electrical qualification and experience, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive on-site service for Laboratory & Healthcare equipment.
  • Ensure equipment safety and deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in site inductions and adhere to site rules.
