We seek like-minded individuals who share our passion for Health and Safety to join our team as Laboratory and Healthcare Service Technicians. As part of our Resourcer team, you will be responsible for providing complete water treatment solutions focused on sustainable development, resource and product recovery, and offering water-related solutions for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating Laboratory & Healthcare Equipment and Applications within our portfolio.
  • E nsure all Laboratory & Healthcare equipment and products are safe for customer use.
  • Deliver exceptional service excellence and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records, create Service Reports for customer signatures, and complete all required paperwork promptly.
  • Follow safety, health regulations, and quality procedures, including ISO Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments.
  • Participate in site inductions and adhere to site rules.
  • Maintain an up-to-date stock of spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle.
  • Identify revenue opportunities on-site and inform the company of new site developments.
  • Work proactively with the Service Operations Manager, sharing customer feedback and sales opportunities.
  • Support departmental improvements and participate in training courses.

Qualifications: Electrical qualification and experience required
