A Data Annotator Specialist is needed to support the development of advanced language models. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining question-and-answer pairs across various knowledge domains to improve AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate data accurately according to detailed guidelines.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content.
  • Develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures.
  • Conduct research for high-quality, contextually accurate annotations.
  • Provide feedback to enhance annotation processes and tools.
  • Identify patterns and insights from annotated data.
  • Research new content categories and classification strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Slovakian language skills and market knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex guidelines.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
