Appliance Installation Assistant

Welcome to a role that offers a unique blend of customer service and technical expertise. As an Appliance Installation Assistant, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

The job involves assisting drivers with deliveries and appliance installations in customers' homes. You will interact with our customers, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to making us a great place to shop.

Your tasks will include:

  • Loading and unloading delivery vans safely
  • Delivering appliances directly from our warehouses or stores to customers' homes
  • Confirming estimated times of arrival with customers
  • Assisting with installation and furniture assembly
  • Removing old products and packaging
  • Answering phone calls and queries regarding deliveries
  • Maintaining proof of delivery paperwork
  • Keeping the delivery van clean and tidy at all times

You will be an ambassador for our brand, adhering to our policies and procedures at all times. Other related duties may be required.
